No sleep last night (~3 hours), so I'm feeling a little rough this morning:).
B - 2oz. coffee (couldn't drink it black), 2 fried eggs + 1.5c kale w/pine nuts + 30 almonds
L - Meat sauce w/spaghetti squash (~2c.), 21 almonds, 6 brazil nuts
S - 12 brazil nuts, 12 almonds, 2 hard-boiled eggs
S - 12 pecans
D - 1 chicken leg (thigh & leg, tandoori marinade), 2c. cauliflower, 15 almonds, 2 hard-boiled eggs
S - 1c. raisins (okay, I was weak, what can I say?), 9 brazil nuts
Carbs = 186.1g!!!
(The raisins were 114.8g of carbs - totally killed the day for me, but they were quite yummy.)
