S - 1/4c. blueberries, 4 strawberries, 9 brazil nuts
D - 1 chicken breast, 2c. spinach, bacon (~1 medium slice), 2tbs. walnuts, 1tsp. balsamic vinaigrette
Carbs = 55.5g
