S - 1 chicken drumstick, 2tsp. sunbutter, 21 R/S almonds
D - Meat sauce w/broccoli & cauliflower (1c. meat sauce, 1c. broccoli & cauliflower), 30 R/S almonds
Carbs = 69.3g
Bad day today b/c of stress & craziness at work. Skipped lunch and had tons of diet coke instead. I need to remember that this makes my workouts SUCK!
