B - 1 banana, 2 fried eggs, 2tbs. guacamole, 30 pistachios
L - 1 tilapia filet (~6oz.), 2tsp. sunbutter, 15 R/S almonds, 15 pistachios
D - 1 Bacon & Guacamole Burger @ Red Robin (sans cheese, bread & mayo), 12 R/S almonds
S - 1 banana (they are going bad!), 4 strawberries, 1/4c. blueberries, 9 pecans, 2tsp. coconut flakes
Carbs = 87.5g
I know I need to lay off the fruit if I want to lose weight, but the fruit is just so DELICIOUS right now and it is really helping with my sweet cravings. Once fall hits, I plan to switch to pretty much all veggie for my carbs. Until then, I plan to eat as much fruit as my 80 or so grams of carbs will allow:).
Broke my vow to eat only humanely raised/slaughtered meat today by eating a burger at Red Robin. It definitely wasn't as good as the hamburger we get from Ellett Valley Beef Co., but I still think it's better to eat meat out occasionally than to eat that soy crap.
Body comp is starting to show improvement, especially around the waist/hips!
