Weight is back up 3lbs. I need to go back to not weighing again and just go by body comp (although, that is lagging a little, too). Still feeling great, though!
B - 1/3 banana, 3 fried eggs, 2tbs. guacamole, 30 pistachios
L - 4oz. salmon, 1c. brussel spouts, 21 R/S almonds
S - 4oz. salmon, 2tsp. sunbutter, 21 R/S almonds
S - 30 pistachios
D - Guacamole, bacon burger from Red Robin (minus bun, cheese & mayo), 1 apple, 30 pistachios
Carbs = 66.2g
