S - 1 venti latte from Starbucks (+ 2 equals), 2tsp. sunbutter
S - Peanut Butter Cookie LARABAR (very yummy!)
S - 4tsp. sunbutter
D - Sirloin steak (~5oz.), 2c. steamed veggies (broccoli, squash, carrots, string beans)
S - tons of sunbutter, tons of dried prunes, 30 pistachios
I went way over on my carbs today, but I don't feel too bad about it. I didn't anything too awful (except for the latte & equal), but it was oh so delicious.
Back on track tomorrow:).
