S - 20oz. diet coke
S - 1 chicken wing, 1/4c. blueberries, 30 R/S almonds, 2tsp. sunbutter
D - ~4.5oz. steak, romaine lettuce, 30 pistachios. I had the worst meal in a long time tonight. I don't plan to ever go back to Poor Billy's in Blacksburg, VA again. Horrible service, microwaved bread (which I didn't eat), and about half of the steak I got was hard grisly fat.

Down another 2lbs.! This brings my total weight loss to 10lbs. since I started the zone diet and then 22 days of paleo-ish diet.
I feel really good and the cravings aren't nearly as bad as they used to be. Football/tailgating season is coming up in a few short weeks, though. That will be the real test! :)
