Hey, I just made the switch from vegetarian (3+ years) to paleo, and I happened upon your blog looking to see if the number of eggs I'm eating is normal (sometimes 6 a day). It's quite inspiring to know that I can overcome these insatiable peanut butter cravings. I'll probably come back here when I'm tempted to cheat. So, thanks in advance!!!!

I don't think six eggs a day is such a bad thing, but I'm no dietitian:). I would probably try to get more variety in your proteins, though. It's hard to do when you're starting out, but you'll probably move towards it eventually as you get bored with the same things.

Good luck with the peanut butter cravings, I still get them sometimes, but a jar of sunbutter does the trick:)haha. Almond butter is delicious as well, but it's not as yummy to spoon directly out of the jar like sunbutter is.

Good luck with your new lifestyle!
