B - 1 banana, 2 fried eggs, 2Tbs. guacamole, 30 pistachios

L - Chicken Cobb salad from Panera (sans cheese & dressing), 1 med. apple, 21 R/S almonds (REALLY delicious lunch, really full though).

S - 21 almonds

D - 6 buffalo wings (from Buffalo Wild Wings) w/ spicy garlic sauce + side salad

S - 6tsp. sunbutter (okay, went a little overboard here:)haha)

Carbs = 81.6g
