Fat Challenge Day 11 - 8.10.09

B - 2 fried eggs, 30 almonds, 1 banana, 1tsp. peanut butter

L - 1/2 t-bone steak, 21 almonds, 2tsp. peanut butter

S - 1/8c. blueberries, 4 strawberries, 2tsp. peanut butter (NO MORE PB TODAY!)

D - Meat sauce w/ spaghetti squash, 21 almonds

S - 4 strawberries, 1 banana, 6 pecan halves, 2tsp. coconut flakes, 1tsp. maple syrup

Carbs = 98.5g *extra banana put me over the top, but it would have gone bad.

Super weak today & achy in the afternoon/evening. Hope I'm not getting sick!
