
L - 1 chicken thigh (tandoori), 1c. zucchini & apples, 15 almonds
S - 1/4 BBQ chicken breast, 3tsp. peanut butter (natural)

S - 4 strawberries, 1/2c. blueberries, 1 banana, 6 pecan halves, 2tsp. coconut flakes
Feeling really good today, had a bit of hunger before the afternoon snack (hence the gorge of peanut butter), but I kept my carbs to 86g.
